Yttria CeraCast Powder
Yttria CeraCast Powder is a dry Yttrium Oxide (Y2O3) powder mix – which on adding 50 wt% water and stirring, can be poured/cast into silicone molds to form parts. After casting and drying, firing the cast part to only 1300 C results in a high-density (typically >=85%) Yttria refractory.
Zirconia CeraCast Powder
Zirconia CeraCast Powder is a dry Zirconium Oxide (ZrO2) powder mix – which on adding around 25 wt% water and stirring, can be poured/cast into silicone molds to form parts. After casting and drying, firing the cast part to only 1300 C results in a high-density (typicaly >=80%) Zirconia refractory.
Ce-Zn-O 1050
Ce-Zn-O 1050 Powder is a dry refractory mixture primarily of Cerium Oxide with zinc Oxide as the cement former – which, on adding 42-50 wt% water and stirring, can be filled into silicone molds to form parts.
CA-AT 1400
CA-AT 1400 is a dry refractory powder blend which, on adding around 30 wt% water and stirring, can be poured/cast into silicone molds to form parts or can be used to cement/glue refractories together. After casting and drying, firing the cast part to 1300-1400 C results in over near-full-dense refractory.
Y-FZM 1400
Y-FZM 1400 is a dry powder mixture of Yttria and FZM (Fused Zirconia-Mullite) which, on adding around 40 wt% water and stirring forms a cementitious slurry that can be poured or cast into silicone molds to form parts.
