How to dilute ZYP Coatings. While ZYP Coatings does not recommend dilution of its coatings, customers sometimes dilute coatings to accommodate a particular use. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended for any dilution.

How to clean and prepare surfaces when powder parting agents have previously been used.  ZYP Coatings offers Z-Primercoat. This primer coating allows the user to coat over powder parting agents with BN Lubricoat-Blue or regular ZYP BN Lubricoat. Customers can also use BN Lubricoat-Blue-ZV. The ZV version allows the user to coat once and there is no need for a separate primer.
