These dry refractory powder blends, CeraCast Powders, can be made into castable mixtures by merely adding water and allow one to easily make their own specialty refractories by merely pouring into silicone molds, drying, and firing. Three CeraCast Powders are offered – Ce-Zn-O 1050 Powder (lowest sintering temperature at 1050 C; based on Cerium and Zinc Oxides and usable to 1300 C); CA-AT 1400 Powder (based on Calcium Aluminate and Aluminum Titanate and usable to 1400 C); Y-FZM 1400 Powder (based on Yttria and Fused-Zirconia-Mullite to form YAG/YSZ/Y-silicate on sintering and usable to 1400 C).
