EasyForm Lubricoat
EasyForm Lubricoat is a water-based concentrate specially formulated for ideal lubrication during the extreme stretching of superplastic forming operations. Ready-to-use with robotic spraying systems. Has good adherence during forming, yet provides easy removal after the part is formed. With nearly neutral pH, minimal settling is assured along with minimal reaction with any substrates (i.e., no ‘spotting’ varying with application conditions or weather). Usable to 1000 C in all atmospheres.
