To use, dilute 2 parts water to 1 part paint by volume. Simply air-spray a thin layer of paint in the areas needing extra release over your regularly used mould coating (which provides the necessary insulating properties). Reapply as needed. BN TPC
BN TPC was formulated for Wagstaff Billet Casters. The coating has a neutral pH and provides a smooth finish. The coating is color-tinted pink for visibility. It is pre-diluted and ready-to-use by ordinary house paint-like applications techniques. Water-based and easy to cleanup with water. May be polished after drying with a soft cloth or paper to create an even smoother surface.
