| REFRACTORY CEMENT TYPE RS 1000 is ideal for those applications requiring high electrical insulation and excellent bonding properties for electrical porcelains, ceramics and metals. RS 1000 is a non-corrosive, chemical-setting zircon-based cement ideal for potting use subject to high temperatures (up to 2600 F) and thermal shock. Supplied as a dry powder, after mixing with water, it can be brushed, dipped, or poured. RS 1000 hardens by air-drying. |

| Agitate the dry mix before use. Weigh out 100 parts dry mix and 13 parts water. Add water to mix all at once and vigorously stir until creamy. TYPE RS 1000 hardens by air setting at room temperature. Normally overnight drying is sufficient. |
