BORON NITRIDE RELEASECOAT-PM provides TEFLON®-LlKE release for low draft-high drag regions of permanent moulds. The RELEASECOAT-PM is provided as a paste concentrate to reduce shipping costs. To use, dilute 2 parts water to 1 part paint by volume. Simply air-spray a thin layer of paint in the areas needing extra release over your regularly used mould coating (which provides the necessary insulating properties). Reapply as needed. RELEASECOAT-PM is compatible with all commercial mould coatings and can be sprayed onto hot or cold moulds.
BORON NITRIDE RELEASECOAT-PM gives off no fumes, organics, smoke or gases (other than water vapor). The paint is safe, non-flammable and easy-to-use just like ordinary housepaint. |
