APPLICATION

• The paint can be used full strength or diluted as desired with water. A common dilution is two parts water to one part paint -- excellent for coating metals or ceramics.

• Dipping, air-spraying, or brushing can be used to attain thicknesses of up to 0.01" (10 mils).

• Dry thoroughly and place into use. The BN LUBRICOAT®-ZV is relatively hard after drying. Dry coating can be polished with soft cloth/towel.

USES

BN LUBRICOAT®-ZV is formulated to allow dilution without degrading performance, and is often used for dipping parts and to form a relatively hard coating just on drying. Thus, BN LUBRICOAT®-ZV is typically selected for applications that require a harder surface (i.e., components that move while in contact with molten metal).
